DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the 3rd Annual GHHN Building Community Health Event: Centering Primary Care to Build and Sustain an Ontario Health Team which will take place virtually on Wednesday November 8th from 1:00-3:00pm. This event will be centered around bringing together partners\, community organizations\, patients\, families\, and carepartners to discuss Primary Care.
